We check the healthcare-provider licence and approved dental scope and the radiology permit. If the provider claims JCI, ISO or another certification, we separately check the certificate, holder, scope and validity. Current licences, authority publications and original or verifiable electronic records are cross-checked.
Automatic rejection: A material administrative or medical-advertising penalty found in the listed public authority channels for the previous two years where review confirms that the provider does not meet Bozhun's selection rules.

Must have: CBCT, intraoral scanner, CAD/CAM, digital implant navigation. Brand and model recorded. Maintenance logs reviewed. Material sourcing traced.
Verification: On-site photography + equipment serial number check.

We check source records, applicable registration or filing information and relevant authorization chains for implants, crowns, bone grafts and other core materials. Invoices, lot numbers, packaging and physical records are cross-checked. Findings are limited to the evidence available for that review.
Automatic rejection: Use of untraceable supplies or unauthorized parallel imports.

We collect itemized fee schedules and package inclusions, require a written pre-treatment quote and require additional items to be explained and approved by the user. Written quotes are compared only where institution, campus, dentist, plan, materials, date and payment conditions match.
Partner clinics must sign a price transparency pledge.

We check dentist registration, primary practice institution and any required multi-site filing, plus available evidence of years in practice and implant/restoration experience. Case numbers are used only when the measurement scope is clear and the underlying records are traceable.
Automatic rejection: Practice at a location inconsistent with registration or filing; or a medical-incident responsibility finding or material administrative penalty found in listed public authority channels for the previous three years where review confirms the dentist does not meet the selection rules.

At least two visits are made as a regular patient at different times. We review registration, waiting environment, clarity of communication and charges, and whether the plan and risks are clearly documented. We do not replace a licensed dentist in assessing a clinical plan.
This is the core step. Anonymous visit score below 80 — automatic rejection.

Sign price-transparency and service-standard commitments. Selected after document checks and on-site review against Bozhun's published criteria, with annual review.
“Selected by Bozhun” is a selection result under Bozhun's internal service standards. It is not an administrative licence, medical-quality assessment, industry rating or statutory certification. A clinic's and dentist's legal credentials are determined by current licences and information published by the competent authorities.
