I am Ma Zenghao, founder of Bozhun, a Chinese brand specialising in dental clinic selection services. During the Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, I was responsible for five service categories in the Olympic Village: laundry and garment care, photography, flowers, tourism and newsstands. The Olympic Winter Games included delegations from 91 countries and regions, and the Paralympic Winter Games included 46 delegations. Under the service categories and project-recording scope for which I was responsible, no substantiated service complaint was recorded.
That experience showed me that China has mature capabilities for delivering complex services, while many overseas users lack verifiable information and continuity support. I founded Bozhun to apply standardised service methods to the full journey and to select dental providers against published internal criteria.
