I am Ma Zenghao, founder of Bozhun, a Chinese brand specialising in dental clinic selection services. During the Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, I was responsible for six service categories in the Olympic Village: laundry and garment care, hairdressing, photography, flowers, tourism and newsstands. Athletes from 246 countries. Zero complaints.
I discovered that China has world-class service capabilities, yet many people overseas are unaware of them. That is why I founded Bozhun: to apply Olympic Village service standards across the entire journey for international visitors coming to China, while carefully selecting high-quality dental clinics in China.
